Ethical Christmas shopping – now there’s a challenge
For a lot of us Christmas gift shopping involves trudging around shopping malls looking at the same old stuff – Christmas jumpers, toiletry bundles in baskets, candles made out of synthetic fragrance, pyjamas made the other side of the world with varying levels of fairness for the workers who made them – I could go on! But, how about seeking out fair-trade, sustainable and ethical gifts? They are all together harder to find!
If, like me, you would like to use ethical make up made from natural ingredients then you probably will not find it on the high street. Small, independent retailers are the most likely place but it is very rare to find a whole range. Much better to search online for retailers like Glow Organic.
