We love ice cream – who doesn’t ?
To celebrate Ice Cream Day we thought we’d share our favourite little ice cream tipple. Our current fave is the Fair-trade, Organic and Vegan Ben & Jerrys Coconutterly Caramel’d ice cream – so tasty.
But, to give it a little more decadence we add some beetroot brownie cubes. Check out the recipe below – ultra easy!
