Ever since its official launch in the Philippines, the e-bike brand HATASU has witnessed a consistent rise in its popularity within the local market. This surge in interest can be attributed to the increasing push for electric vehicles in the country amid rising fuel prices. Recognizing this trend, HATASU positions itself as an environment-friendly commuting alternative, offering both two-wheeler and three-wheeler designs to cater to a diverse clientele.

HATASU promotes sustainable mobility in showcase event

On October 12, HATASU organized its first HATASU Experience event in Puerto Real, Intramuros, Manila, allowing media representatives to test their e-bike range. The company revealed to the attendees an upcoming three-wheeled e-bike that is designed to offer a convenient multi-ride experience for riders and set to release in November.

HATASU also has plans to introduce e-motorcycles the following year. Austine Huang, the company’s chief marketing officer, expressed gratitude for the support received from the media and the e-bike community.

Their commitment to quality is evident in their local production, where final assembly of their products takes place, accompanied by a robust quality assurance team that checks the quality of each unit before dispatch to dealers.

To make their e-bikes more accessible, HATASU has partnered with financial institutions, such as Home Credit, for customer financing. The brand claims that, in just 10 months, it already has more than 10,000 users in the country who are satisfied with the e-bikes they’ve bought.
