How to get NSO/PSA birth certificate online?
Step 1: Visit the PSA Helpline website. Click “Order Now.”
Step 2: Choose the certificate you want to order. In this case, you have to choose “Birth”. Then, click the checkbox in the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Once done, click Continue.
Step 3: Choose if the birth certificate you want to get is “My Own Birth Certificate” or “For Someone Else”.
Step 4: It will show all the information you need to have before proceeding. That includes the name that appears on the birth certificate, mother’s and father’s name, birthplace, late registration, legal proceedings if you have one, and more.
Once you have all the information ready, click continue.
Step 5: Fill up all the information being asked. Finish a page by clicking “Continue”, fill up the next page, until you reach page 9.
Step 6: Scroll down and choose how many copies you want to order. One copy costs Php365 and you can order up to 10 copies for Php3,200. Then, click the “I confirm” checkbox and click Continue.
Step 7: Choose your mode of payment. Then, you’d be directed to the webpage of the merchant of your choosing. Complete the payment process and you’re done. All you have to do is wait for your birth certificate to be delivered to the address you’ve provided.
